TRAINING

A) Fostering & Adoption; Preparation to Adopt / Foster, Promoting Educational Achievement in those with Care experience, Caring for those affected by Drugs and Alcohol, Working with birth parents, Working with Elected Members & Corporate Parenting, Becoming a Special Guardian, Developing a Foster Care Association

B) FASD (Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder)-  Bespoke training for Schools, Foster Carers, Adopters, Social Workers, Virtual Schools, GP's, Mid wives on working together to promote achievement in individuals affected by FASD.

C) Attachment and Attachment Aware Schools training,  reducing the impact or Trauma and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), Behaviour and the environment, building resilience, Use of Pupil Premium.

D) Education of vulnerable and challenging students via Emotional Coaching, Use of pupil premium funding, promoting the education of looked after students

E) Children and Young Peoples Voice, Participation and Leadership. Training on participation and Voice, Peer Mentoring, Students as Researchers, Peer Emotional Coaching, Student Councils, Children in Care Councils, Buddying and interview skills for young people

F) Increasing life chances Providing training on Transition, Fostering & the Care System is schools, the impact of Adoption, Problem Solving, Enterprise Education. 

G) Supporting the application for Disability Living Allowance (DLA), Personal Independence Payments (PIP) and Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP)
